Welcome to Challenger Troop
Military Uniformed Youth Engagement Programmes

We deliver uniformed youth leadership, teambuilding and engagement programmes for schools and community groups. Working with vulnerable, disengaged young people between the ages of 8 and 18, we provide the opportunity for them to develop core life skills through a range of challenging physical activities in a disciplined outdoor environment.
