Our Instructors
Challenge, encourage, achieve, believe
All our instructors have a high level of experience of working with children and young people, many of them having served their country in the Armed Forces. All of whom are enhanced DBS cleared, Team-Teach and First-Aid trained and receive annual safeguarding training and assesment.
They are highly skilled and knowledgeable in many different subjects such as bushcraft and survival, fieldcraft, first aid, navigation and teamwork and leadership. They also hold a wealth of qualifications in order to run a huge variety of activities, sports and outdoor pursuits such as archery, climbing, expedition walking, fitness, mountain biking, target shooting, watersports and many more.
In addition to their professional qualifications, our instructors are also experienced in working with young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) issues, special educational needs, learning difficulties and other disabilities. Our instructors believe that every young person should be given the opportunities to succeed, whatever their background or history, and that all young people have the potential to achieve given the chance.
